Beef Bacon

Beef bacon is a type of bacon made from beef rather than the more common pork. It is prepared using beef belly.

Beef bacon tends to have a slightly different flavor profile compared to pork bacon, with a richer and meatier taste.

It can be used in much the same way as pork bacon, adding flavor to a variety of dishes such as breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, and pastas.
